苦参总碱不同提取方法的比较

摘    要:对乙醇法、氨-氯仿法、树脂法提取的苦参总碱,用气相色谱法对有效成分进行分析和定量,比较了3种不同提取方法所提苦参总碱的纯度。测得树脂法提取的苦参总碱纯度是85.48%,高于其它两种方法,苦参总碱的相对标准偏差和回收率分别为1.82%和963%。结果表明树脂法是最佳提取方法。

Abstract:This paper used GC method for quantitative determination of alkaloids content from Sophora flavescentsextracted by ethanol method, chloroform method or resin method, comparing three different extraction methods. Thealkaloids content extracted by resin were 85.48%, higher than the other two methods, the relative standard deviationsand average recovery were 1.82% and 96.3%, respectively. The result indicated that resin method was optimalextraction method.
