摘    要:目的]利用微胶囊技术提高那他霉素(NA)的抗光解性能.方法]复凝聚法,以明胶和阿拉伯胶作壁材,以正交试验优化工艺,测试微胶囊释放和抗光解.结果]优化工艺为壁材质量浓度20 g/L、芯壁比1.5∶1、反应pH值4.5、反应时间90 min;以水和30%甲醇溶液为释放介质,微胶囊具良好的通透性和缓释性;在紫外光下,NA微胶囊相对活性下降50%的时间为79 min,较NA浓缩液和NA悬乳剂(含UV-531)分别提高3.0倍和1.1倍.结论]NA微胶囊可显著提高NA的抗光解性能,作为农用杀菌剂具较大潜力.

Abstract:Aims] Microcapsulation was utilized to increase natamycin(NA) photostability.Methods] With gelatin and gum arabic as wall materials,NA microcapsule was prepared by complex coacervation and the process was optimized with orthogonal test.And also its release and anti-photolysis were determined.Results] Optimal process was as follows: 20 g/L concentration of wall material,core/wall 1.5∶1(w/w),reaction pH 4.5 and reaction time 90 min.Good permeability and control release of the microcapsule were got in water and 30% methanol solution.It took 79 min for the relative activity of the microcapsule to decrease by 50% under UV,which increased by 3.0 and 1.1 times compared with NA concentrate and susupended emulsion with UV-531,respectively.Conclusions] The microcapsule could significantly improve NA photostability and showed a good prospect as agricultural fungicide.
