摘    要:比较了非极性、中等极性和强极性毛细管色谱柱分析四氟醚唑的测定结果,结果发现强极性色谱柱较非极性及中等极性色谱柱更合适于四氟醚唑的分离测定,在优化色谱条件下,四氟醚唑在极性色谱柱中峰形尖锐对称,样品测定重现性好,准确度高.四氟醚唑在0.002~0.2 mg/kg之间具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r2)为0.9998.对3种代表性土壤中四氟醚唑进行测定时,测定结果的平均回收率在85.10%~95.07%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.90%~9.12%之间,方法的最小检出量为2×10-11g,最低检测质量分数为0.01 mg/kg.

Abstract:The non-polar, medium-polar and strong-polar capillary chromatographic column were compared during the determination of tetraconazole. The results showed that the strong-polar capillary chromatographic column was more suitible than the two other kinds colums. The peak of tetraconazole was sharp and symmetry in the strong-polar column. The reproducibility and accuracy was good during the determining under the optimized chromatographic conditions, the calibration curve was good linear between 0.002 to 0.2 mg/...
