摘    要:为探讨电絮凝技术去除高浓度含聚废水中的聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的效果,通过单因素试验分析讨论了电流密度、极板间距、极板材料、电解时间和聚合物浓度对处理效果的影响。使用Box-Behnken响应面法分析因素之间的显著关系,以优化最佳操作条件。对于PAM初始质量浓度为800 mg/L的模拟废水,确定最佳参数:极板间距为2.603 cm,电流密度为15.382 mA/cm2,电解时间为40 min。预测结果表明,PAM的去除率达到100%,COD的去除率为66.8%。最佳参数下的试验结果证明,PAM和COD的去除率与预测值相差0.45%和14.9%,合意性良好。红外光谱分析结果表明,PAM的结构基本没有变化,出水干燥后得到的底物结构发生了明显变化,表明反应过程中发生少量氧化,主要影响PAM的酰胺基和C—C链。

Abstract:In order to explore the effect of electrocoagulation technology on polyacrylamide(PAM)removal from high-concentration polymer-containing wastewater,the influence of current density,distance between electrode plates,material of electrode plates,electrolysis time,and polymer comcentration on treatment effect were analyzed through single factor test.For the purpose of optimizing the operation condition,Box-Behnken response surface methodology was used to analyze the significant relationship among factors.For the simulated wastewater with 800 mg/L of initial PAM mass concentration,the optimal parameters was as follows:the distance between electrode plates was 2.603 cm,the current density was 15.382 Ma/cm2,the electrolysis time was 40 min.The prediction results showed that,the removal rates of PAM and COD reached 100%and 66.8%respectively.The test results under the optimal parameters indicated that,the removal rates of PAM and COD differed from the predicted values by 0.45%and 14.9%respectively,which was satisfactory.The results of infrared spectroscopy showed that,the structure of the flocculated PAM was basically unchanged,and the structure of the substrate obtained after the effluent dried was changed significantly,indicating that a small amount of oxidation occurred during the reaction,which mainly affected the amide group and C—C chain of PAM.
