摘    要:对利用粉煤灰改善精对苯二甲酸化工废水剩余污泥的性质进行了研究,通过试验确定了絮凝剂PAM、粉煤灰与干污泥的最佳投放量(质量比)为1:125:300,提高了污泥的絮凝沉降性能和在带式压滤机上的助滤效果。生产运行结果验证了试验结论:污泥30min沉降比由原来的98%下降到40%,浓缩后的污泥质量浓度由原来的5g/L提高到25g/L,上清液CODCr的质量浓度由原来的1500~2000降至200mg/L左右,泥饼含水率不大于85%,产泥量由原来的30~50kg/h增加到1000kg/h。

Abstract:The use of fly ash for the improvement of the characteristics of the excess sludge from pure terephthalic acid(PTA) chemical wastewater was studied, the optimal dosage(mass ratio) of flocculant PAM, fly ash and dry sludge was determined through the test, which was 1 ∶ 125 ∶ 300, the flocculation sediment performance of the sludge and the effect of it on flocculation aid in belt-filter press were improved. The conclusion of the test was validated by the results of the production operation as follows: the sludge sedimentation ratio in 30 min was reduced from 98% to 40%, the mass concentration of the concentrated sludge was enhanced from 5 g/L to 25 g/L, the mass concentration of CODCr of the supernatant liquid was reduced from 1 500 - 2 000 to about 200 mg/L, the water content of the sludge cake does not exceed 85%,the sludge production capacity was increased from 30 - 50 kg/h to 1 000 kg/h.
