摘    要:采用铁炭微电解工艺对亚麻生产废水进行预处理。探讨了填料种类、pH值、反应时间对微电解法去除CODCr的影响。试验结果表明:在铁炭质量比为1,进水pH值为3.0,反应时间为3 h,采用曝气方式,Ca(OH)2投加量为1.5 g/L的条件下,CODCr去除率可达31.8%左右,可生化性由0.21提高到0.47,为后续生化处理创造了有利条件。

Abstract:Micro-electrolysis process was used to pretreat wastewater from flax production.The influences of filling material,pH value and reaction time on CODCr removal were investigated.The results of the test showed that: when the iron-carbon mass ratio was 1,the influent pH value was 3.0,the reaction time was 3 h,the Ca(OH)2 dosage was 1.5 g/L,using aeration method,the removal rate of CODCr could reach about 31.8%,the biodegradability increased from 0.21 to 0.47,which provided favorable condition for the subsequent biochemical treatment.
