电磁场处理油田水防垢机理研究

摘    要:结垢是油田注水过程中一个破坏性问题,它能使地面注水设备和井筒内造成堵塞或在地层内引起地层伤害。因此研究油田水防垢已经在油田生产中显得越来越重要。采用不同频率的脉冲电磁场处理油田水后,电导率、表面张力、结垢量等最大变化率分别为5.5%、10.8%、40%。根据试验结果,从分子结构、电磁场诱导微晶的形成方面,探讨分析了作用机理。

Abstract:Scaling is a destructive problem in the process of oilfield water injection,which can cause the clogging in ground water injection equipments and well-shafts and the damage of stratum.So,to study the method for solving the scaling problem of oilfield water seems to be more and more important in oilfield production systems.When the oilfield water was treated by pulsed electromagnetic field with different frequencies,the maximal change rates of electric conductivity,interfacial force and amount of scale buildup were 5.5%,10.8% and 40% respectively.According to the experiment results,the effect mechanism was discussed and analyzed from aspects of molecule structure,formation of microlite induced by electromagnetic field.
