大唐国际怀来电厂取退水影响分析

摘    要:依据SL 322—2013《建设项目水资源论证导则》,从水资源供用耗排综合分析的角度,重点分析了大唐国际怀来电厂取水对水资源可利用量、生态、水功能区纳污能力和其他用水户的影响;计算了电厂正常情况和非正常情况的退水总量,提出了退水处理方式,分析了退水对水功能区及第三者的影响。

Abstract:According to the SL 322—2013 Guidelines for Assessment of Water-dram and Utilization in Construction Projects, from the angles of water resources supply, use, consumption and discharge, the influence of water intake of Huailai Datang internal power plant on available water resources quantity, ecology, pollution bearing capacity of water function area, and other water users were analyzed; besides, the total amount of the discharged water in normal and abnormal conditions was calculated, the mode for discharged water treatment was put forward, the influence of discharged water on water function area and a third party was analyzed.
