可燃替代燃料煤粉燃烧器的数值模拟研究

摘    要:针对SINOMA研发的替代燃料燃烧器的结构特征,利用Fluent软件平台,采用Eulerian/Lagrangian方法,对回转窑内替代燃料用燃烧器的火焰性状及各物理场进行模拟分析研究,当替代燃料热量替代率为15%时,替代燃料的加入并未给水泥窑热工状态带来不利影响。

Abstract:Using the software Fluent, an Eulerian/Lagrangian approach was employed to simulate the flame characteristics and the physical fields in the kiln, in view of the alternative fuel burning, which was developed by SINOMA. When 15% energy was replaced by alternative fuels, the simulation results show that the alternative fuels did not adversely affect the thermal system.
