The sulphuric acid products of Nickel Smelting plant,Jinchuan Group Co.,Ltd.are mainly transported and sold to other places by vehicles.Through in-depth observation and analysis of sulphuric acid filling problems,and considering the improvement of compliance,filling efficiency,accuracy and safety of vehicle filling sulphuric acid,the technical innovations of quantitative automatic filling measurement,high-efficiency vehicle transfer,liquid level anti overflow protection and sound light alarm are carried out.The new system ensures the quantitative automatic filling,at the same time,the efficiency of car exchange is greatly improved,the labor intensity of operators is reduced,and the safety and reliability of sulphuric acid filling are ensured.
