MDEA换热器泄漏快速检测方法研究

摘    要:介绍了气相色谱法检测循环水中N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)的方法,用于定位泄漏的MDEA换热器。确定了气相色谱法检测水中MDEA的检测条件,单个样品检测时间约6 min,相对标准偏差(RSD)值小于2.5%,加标回收率92%~120%,方法准确可靠。与传统的COD法相比,气相色谱法节省了定位泄漏换热器的时间,降低了泄漏的MDEA对循环水的污染程度,具有较好的参考借鉴价值。

Abstract:The gas chromatography method for the detection of N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA)in circulating water is introduced,which is used to locate the leakage of MDEA heat exchanger.The detection conditions of MDEA in water by gas chromatography are determined.The detection time of a single sample is about 6 min,the relative standard deviation(RSD)value is less than 2.5%,and the recovery rate is 92%-120%.The method is accurate and reliable.Compared with the traditional COD method,it saves the time of locating the leakage heat exchanger,reduces the pollution degree of the leakage MDEA to the circulating water,and has a good reference value.
