高纯铼酸铵及高纯铼生产技术研究进展

摘    要:介绍了全球及中国铼元素的资源分布、需求和高纯铼酸铵生产技术进展,详细介绍了大冶有色金属有限责任公司从污酸中回收铼的项目情况.回收铼元素后,污酸中ρ(Re)≤0.8 mg/L,沉铼渣中w(Re)≥1%.沉铼渣浸出液铼含量较原料富集200倍以上,铼酸铵产品质量分数稳定在99%以上,铼综合回收率达到65%.该工艺制备的铼酸铵中杂质铊元素超4N品级20倍,有待进一步技术研究.

Abstract:Resource distribution,demand of rhenium element in global and China,and high-purity ammonium rhenate production technology are introduced.Rhenium recovery from sewage acid in Daye Nonferrous Metals Co.,Ltd.is introduced in detail.After rhenium recovery,rhenium concentration in waste acid was less than 0.8 mg/L,and rhenium concentration in residue was more than 1%.Rhenium content in leachate from slag was more than 200 times richer than that in raw materials.Mass fraction of ammonium rhenate product was stably more than 99%,and comprehensive recovery rate of rhenium reached 65%.Impurity thallium element in ammonium rhenate prepared by the process was 20 times higher than 4N grade,which needed further technical research.
