| 摘 要： | 详细介绍了阳极保护管壳式酸冷却器在200kt/a硫铁矿制酸系统的应用情况，已正常运行14年，并将在250kt/a硫磺制酸系统中继续使用。生产实践证明，设备的正确安装和维护，操作中严格控制操作酸温度、酸浓度和酸流速，是保证阳极保护管壳式酸冷却器的使用效果及延长其使用寿命的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Anodically protected shell-and-tube acid coolers have successfully operated in a 200 kt/a pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant for 14 years and will continue to work in a 250 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant.The production practice shows that correct installation and maintenance, and strict control of operation temperature, concentration and velocity are important to ensuring effective usage and prolonging service life of coolers. |
