摘    要:2005年,我国10种有色金属产量达16 318.4 kt,有色金属烟气制酸产量为9 810 kt,占硫酸总产量的21.2%."十五"期间烟气制酸装置的发展特点是大型化以及采用新工艺、新材料、新设备."十一五"期间,随着我国有色金属冶炼行业的稳步发展,冶炼烟气制酸的规模及产量仍会呈递增局面,预计将新增产能6 000 kt/a,总产能将达到16 000 kt/a.建议开发拥有自主知识产权的高浓度烟气制酸技术,继续开发新型耐腐蚀材料和高效设备,进一步回收低温位热能,减少废物排放.

Abstract:China's 10 kinds of main nonferrous metals output reached 16 318. 4 kt and metallurgical sulphuric acid output reached 9 810 kt in 2005, holding 21. 1% of total output. The development of smelting sulphuric acid plants during the Tenth Five-Year period featured scaling up and adopting of new process, material and equipment In the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, the scale and output of metallurgical acid plants will still be increasing as the steady development of China' s nonferrous metallurgical industry. It is proposed to develop high-concentration SO2 conversion technologies with proprietary intellectual property rights, continue to develop new types of corrosion-resistant materials and high-efficiency equipment, and further recover low-level heat and reduce wastes discharge.
