我国硫酸工业现状及“十二五”发展规划思路

介绍了我国硫酸工业现状和“十二五”发展规划思路。近年来我国硫酸产能、产量快速增长，产业集中度逐年提高，装置大型化、国产化趋势明显，节能减排效果显著，技术装备水平不断提高。2009年底我国硫酸总产能达到71000kt／a，产量达到历史新高的59686kt。“十二五”期间，硫酸工业要控制产能增长，加快淘汰落后产能，推进资源和能源综合利用。预计到2015年我国硫酸总产能将达到85000kt／a，硫酸产量约75000kt，国内硫酸需求量约76000kt。对我国硫酸工业发展提出一些建议。

Status of sulphuric acid industry and development planning ideas in Twelfth Five-Year Plan period are described. China＇s sulphuric acid production capacity and output rapidly grew in recent years, industrial concen- tration has increased annually, the trend towards large-scale and local plants is clear, and effects of energy saving and reducing emissions are remarkable. By the end of 2009, China＇s sulphuric acid production capacity reached about 71 000 kt/a and production reached a record high of 59 686 kt. In Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, China＇s sulphuric acid industry must control capacity growth, speed up eliminator of backward production capacity and pro- mote the comprehensive utilization of resources and energy. It is forecasted that,by the end of 2015, China＇s sul- phurie acid production will reach about 85 000 kt, production will reach about 751300 kt, and domestic demand will reach about 76 000 kt. Some suggestions about development of China＇s sulphuric acid industry are made.
