| 摘 要： | 针对变截面蜂窝夹层复合材料典型结构件在固化成型过程中出现缺陷的问题进行研究,并在原有的成型工艺基础上,对变形区域的材料特性及受力形式进行了分析,找出了在胶接过程中可能产生蜂窝位置滑移、造成局部结构变形的原因.通过采用分步固化、蜂窝芯二次后处理、发泡胶预粘等工艺处理方法,有效解决了变截面蜂窝夹层结构胶接件在成型过程中的形变问题.

| Abstract: | This paper makes study on the defect of the typical honeycomb sandwich composite structure after the process of bonding.It also finds the root causes based on the analysis of the material characteristic and stress shape.Through the improvement of processes such as substep curing,aftertreatment of honeycomb and foam glue procure,the problem of surface deformation of the honeycomb sandwich composite structure after bonding have been solved. |
