玄武岩纤维及其复合材料基本力学性能实验研究

摘    要:本文对一种国产玄武岩纤维及其复合材料的基本力学性能进行了实验研究,并对纤维的化学组成和表面状态进行了分析。结果表明,所研究的玄武岩纤维丝束的拉伸性能低于S-2玻璃纤维,分散性较大;玄武岩纤维/环氧648复合材料的基本力学性能多数与S-2玻璃纤维/环氧648复合材料相近,部分性能甚至高于后者。

Abstract:The mechanical properties,chemical components and surface states of a domestic basalt fiber are investigated by several ways.The results show that the tensile strength of basalt fiber is lower than that of S-2 glass fiber and scatters greatly.The mechanical properties of composites reinforced by the basalt fiber are tested and compared with S-2 glass fiber reinforced composites.The results show that most properties of the former are similar to these of the latter and some properties are even better than the latter's.
