| 摘 要： | 针对敞开式循环水的腐蚀和结垢问题,研制了无磷缓蚀阻垢剂AE4135,实验结果显示:AE4135对抑制碳酸钙垢和硫酸钙垢具有良好的效果,对碳钢和铜材质具有优秀的缓蚀作用。并在山东某电厂应用一年,证明AE4135对敞开式循环水系统具有良好的阻垢和缓蚀效果,同时解决了循环水排污水磷超标的问题,具有明显的环境效益。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the scale and corrosion problem of open circulating water system, a new type scale ＆amp; corrosion inhibitor AE4135 was developed. The test results show that AE4135 has a good effect on inhibiting calcium carbonate scale and calcium sulphate scale; AE4135 also has a good effect on inhibiting corrosion of carbon steel and copper. Application result of AE4135 in a power plant has proved that AE4135 has good scale and corrosion inhibition performance. Meanwhile the problem of wastewater phosphorus over standard has been solved, which can bring obvious environmental benefit. |
