摘    要:三相异步电动机是石化企业使用最广泛的电机,许多企业都对原有电机进行双轴承改造.改造后的使用效果也比单轴承要好,轴承寿命延长许多.但这种改造究竟改变的优势在什么地方,以储运厂2台主输泵电机的轴承改造为例,从数学上揭示这种改造的合理性.

Abstract:The trinomial asynchronism electric motors had been put widely use in petrochemical.More and more plants plan to reconstruct its primal electric motors into Double bearings.After reconstructing the use effect get better than primal motors.The longevity of motor bearings were prolonged validly.But what happened with the kind of reconstruct and what is it superiority? The thesis will take it for example that two petro-transportation pump motors of Fushun petrochemical store and transportation plant were reconstructed by double bearings.Now the reconstruct rationality in point of mathematic view will be disclosed.
