摘    要:以天然气为燃料的燃机作为压缩机驱动源在长输天然气管道行业中普遍使用,特别是性价比较高的航改型燃机。燃机的效能作为天然气管道优化运行的重要指标之一受到普遍关注,掌握燃机组在实际运行中的性能对天然气管道运行人员,特别是运行方案制定人员至关重要。针对长输天然气管道的燃机效能最重要指标--热耗率的计算与校正的一整套方法进行阐述和研究,并与厂家提供的效能图和实际运行数据进行了比较,证明该方法能使燃机的主要效能参数误差控制在5%以内,满足了实际生产人员和优化仿真人员的工作需要。

Abstract:The gas turbines fueled with natural gas are widely used in the long-distance natural gas transmission pipeline industry as the drive source of compressors, especially the aero-derivative gas turbines with small volume and high efficiency. The efficiency of the gas turbine is one of important indexes of optimized operation of natural gas pipelines, so it has received a universal attention. It is crucial for the operating personnel of natural gas pipelines, especially the operation scheme preparation personnel to know well the performance of the gas turbine in the actual operation. In this paper, calculation and correction methods of effectiveness index–the heat consumption rate of the gas turbine for long-distance natural gas transmission pipelines were expounded and studied. And comparison with the efficiency chart and actual operating data provided by the manufacturer was carried out. The results show that this method can control the performance parameter error of the gas turbine within 5%, so that the job demands of the actual production personnel and optimization and simulation personnel can be met.
