国际大石油公司炼油化工技术创新探究

近年来,随着我国社会经济的快速发展,石油需求量的增长,使得中国石油的炼油化工技术得到了进一步发展,但是相比于国际大石油公司的炼油化工技术还有一些差距,国际大石油公司的炼油化工技术在不同业务环节的技术创新有着各自的特点,炼油化工技术领域的创新更强调市场导向和市场需求,在贴近市场的情况下,设立本土化技术中心,重视炼油化工技术创新的商业化和市场化,其有明显的上下游技术集成开发趋势。主要分析了国际大石油公司炼油化工技术创新和管理,提出了提升中国炼油化工技术创新的建议。

Research on the Technology Innovation of Oil Refining and Chemical Industry in International Big Oil Companies

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for oil grows continuously,which makes the oil refining and chemical technology get further development in China,but the oil refining and chemical technology of international big oil companies is better than that of China,technological innovation of oil refining and chemical technology of major international oil companies has their characteristics,the innovative of oil refining and chemical technology depends on market orientation and market demand.Establishing localization technology center and paying attention to commercialization and marketization of oil refining and chemical technology innovation are the development trend.In this paper,innovation and management of oil refining and chemical technology in major international oil companies were analyzed,and some suggestions on promoting the innovation of oil refining and chemical technology in China were put forward.
