Abstract:Polyepoxy succinic acid(PESA)was synthesized by catalytic polymerization with maleic anhydride as raw materials in lab.After setting three factors three levels orthogonal test on the three synthetic conditions(polymerization reaction time,temperature and initiator dosage),the best polymerization conditions for PESA were determined as follows: polymerization time 3 h,temperature 85 ℃,initiator dosage 0.075︰1.When dosage of PESA prepared under above conditions was 40 mg/L,anti-scaling efficiency for solution whose calcium ion concentration was less than 500 mg/L could reach 100%;for solution whose calcium ion concentration was about 600~700 mg/L,anti-scaling efficiency could be above 85%.When PESA dosage was 40 mg/L,corrosion rate of P110 steel in corrosion medium under conditions of temperature 50 ℃ and pH = 6 could be controlled within 0.069 mm/a.
