合成阿魏酸乙酯方法的研究

摘    要:用阿魏酸与无水乙醇在酸催化下直接酯化反应合成阿魏酸乙酯,通过红外谱图和气-质联用谱图证实了阿魏酸乙酯的结构,并通过正交实验确定了合成阿魏酸乙酯的最佳条件为:n(阿魏酸):n(无水乙醇)=1:6;反应时间为8 h;n(催化剂):n(阿魏酸)=1:4,产品为无色固体.

Abstract:Using ferulic acid reaction with anhydrous ethanol,catalyzed by acid make ethyl ferulate,Via IR and GC-MS chart,it can be got that the configuration and confirm the best condition of ethyl ferulate.And decide the best condition of synesis of ethyl ferulate.By orthogonality conditions: the ratio of ferulic acid and anhydrous ethanol is 1:6,time is 8 h,the ratio of catalyzer and ferulic acid mol 1/4.pruduct is achromatic solid.
