生物柴油技术的进展

摘    要:综述了世界各国生物柴油的发展、应用及生产现状,以及各国为发展生物柴油而采取的相应措施。讨论了合成生物柴油的方法:直接混合法、微乳液法为主的物理方法和以热裂解、酯交换为主的化学方法,重点介绍了酯交换法生产生物柴油的原理及合成方法,并对在酶催化和无催化剂条件下的酯交换技术进行了介绍。阐述了我国发展生物柴油的重要意义,并提出了我国发展生物柴油技术的几点建议。

Abstract:The present development ,application and the situation of industry about bio-diesel oil in the worldwide are introduced,measures about developing bio-diesel oil in some countries have been taken accordingly. The methods of synthesis of bio-diesel oil about physical methods including direct use and blending process, microemulsions and chemical methods including thermal cracking process and thansesterification process are simply discussed ,where principle and synthesic methods of transesterification are mainly focused on. At the same time, technologies about catalyzer using enzyme and no catalyzer in transesterification are discussed. Otherwise, it was summarized about significance of development of bio-diesel oil in our country . Some advices about developing technology of bio-diesel oil are suggested finally .
