摘    要:蔗糖水解反应速率常数测定需要反应终了时的旋光度α∞。可是即便在实验环境相同的时候,学生们测量所得的数据仍然会存在惊人的变化,进而导致水解速率常数的巨大偏差。本文应用Origin 8.5数据处理软件,对蔗糖水解反应实验数据的处理提出了一种新方法,在简化原来实验条件的基础上,无需测反应终了时刻的旋光度,可以快速方便地实现α0,α∞和速率常数k三参数的非线性拟合,对比建立了同温度下蔗糖水解反应数据组,结果显示,新方法测定结果与文献值能很好地吻合(相对误差0.46%)。

Abstract:Determination of the rate constant of sucrose hydrolysis requires optical rotation at the end of the reaction. However, even under the same experimental conditions, the results of different students will vary greatly, which will eventually lead to the error of the experimental results. In this paper, Origin 8.5 data processing software was used to process experiment data of sucrose hydrolysis, without measuring optical rotation of reaction end, nonlinear fitting of α0,α∞and ate constant k was quickly and easily achieved, the data group of sucrose hydrolysis under the same temperature was established. The results showed that the determination results of the new method were basically consistent with the literature values.
