摘    要:主要介绍了复合材料夹层结构用泡沫塑料的品种、性能特点、国内外发展情况等。泡沫塑料具有密度低、比强度大、隔音、防震、电绝缘、耐热等特点。同时阐述了泡沫塑料作为复合材料芯材的应用,尤其是在直升机用复合材料芯材的应用。

Abstract:The varieties, properties, features and the domestic and international development of foam and its use in composite sandwich constructions is introduced. Its specific characteristics include low weight, high specific strength, and good sound and electric insulation, anti-shock as well as heat resistance properties. The application of foam in core materials of composite, composites in helicopters are discussed.
