摘 要: | 铜与吡啶的络合物在二甲苯中催化漆酚氧化聚合,反应具有MichacLis-Menten型动力学行为,反应过程中形成了吡啶一铜一漆酚中间络合物,反应速度随温度的升高、催化剂用量的增加、N/Cu比率的增大而加快:其产物涂膜干燥快,物理性能优良,并具有一定的耐化学介质及耐热能力。在二氧六环中,铜与吡啶的络合物催化活性受到一定抑制,但漆酚氧化聚合产物涂膜的干燥性能及物理性能却有所提高。

Studies on the Oxidative Polymerization of Urushiol Catalyzed by Copper-pyridine Complex and Properties of Product's Coating |

Abstract: | Oxidative polimerization of urushiol was catalyzed by copper-pyridine complex,where a median complex of pyridine-copper-urushiol was determined and the reaction exhibited a behavior same as Michaelis-Menten Kinetci. The reaction rate increased with temperature, catalyst amount, and N/Cumolar ratio.The product's coating could be quick-drying, had good mechanical and chemical properties. |
