| 摘 要： | 采用溶胶-凝胶法合成KZnLa（PO4）2：Ce,Tb,并对其荧光性能进行研究,利用XRD、SEM对产物的物相结构、形貌进行研究,用荧光光度计对荧光粉的激发光谱和发射光谱测试,研究不同浓度的激活剂和敏化剂对荧光强度的影响。研究结果表明：制备的荧光粉粒径约200nm,为单斜向磷酸盐结构;改变La3＋,Ce3＋,Tb3＋浓度,将对相对荧光强度产生影响,且（KZn）0.3La0.45PO4∶0.2Tb,0.05Ce时,相对荧光强度最大。

| Abstract: | The new type of phosphor KZnLa （PO4）2：Ce,Tb was prepared by sol-gel process in this paper. The structure and morphology are characterized by X-ray differaction （XRD） and field emission scanning electron mi- croscopy （FE-SEM）. The photoluminescent （PL） properties are characterized by emission spectrum and excitation spectrum. The result indicate that the phosphor prepared ＇by sol-gel method are spherical with the average size of 200nm, and has remained the monoclinic monazite-structure of LaPO4 phase. From investigate the efficient that different concentration of activator and sensitizer, we find the PL intensity was influenced by the concentration of La3＋, Ce3＋and Tb3＋, the optium doping concentration is （KZn）0.3La0.45PO4 ： 0.2Tb,0.05Ce. |
