用活性炭固载酸性催化剂合成己酸正丁酯

摘    要:以己酸和正丁醇为原料,采用颗粒状活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸作催化剂合成己酸正丁酯。考察了影响反应的因素,实验结果表明:酯化反应的最佳条件为己酸、正丁醇的摩尔比为1:3,催化剂用量为反应物总量的2.8%,反应时间90min,带水剂甲苯10mL。产率可达93.02%。

Abstract:Butyl hexanoate was synthesized with hexanooic acid and n-butanol as raw materils and p-toluene sulphonic acid supported on granule activated carbon as the catalyst.The factors of influencing reaction were investigated.Experimental results showed that the optimum conditions of esterification reaction are the molar ratio of hexanooic acid n-butanol 1:3 reaction time of 90min.and amount of stannic chloride pentahydrate/active carbon of 2.8%.Water carrying reagent 10mL.Undey this condition,the yield raise 93.02%.
