摘    要:提出了微波消解制样光度法快速测定化学需氧量的新方法,研究了微波消解条件和测定条件。方法应用于环境污水等样品的分析,与标准方法对照,准确度和精密度均无显著性差异,具有快速、微型等特点。

Abstract:A new spectrophotometric method for the rapid determination of chemical oxygen demand(COD) in water quality is described.the sample was digested in a microwave oven.The conditions for microwave digestion and determination are discussed.The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of environmental waste water and sewage samples and results obtained are satisfactory both in accuracy and precision.The method is effective and more convenient for the determinations of COD in samples.
