摘 要: | 用PDS、PDS-抗氧剂(168,1010,264)和紫外吸收剂(UV-327)-抗氧剂,分别与纤维级聚丙烯(M_?=20万)共混,于230℃造粒,粒料各于260,290,310℃进行纺丝。以强度保持率对长丝的抗老化作了跟踪试验,其抗大气老化效能是.PDS-抗氧剂>PDS>紫外吸收剂-抗氧剂;在110℃的抗热氧老化效能是:PDS-抗氧剂>紫外吸收剂-抗氧剂。

STUDIES ON THE SPINNING OF POLYPROPYLENE BLENDED WITH PDS AND ANTIOXIDANTS AND THE WEATHER STABILIZING EFFECTS OF FILAMENT |

Abstract: | Unstabilized polypropylene powder(M_η=20×10~4)was blended with PDS(a copolymerof styrene-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl methacrylate reacted with styrene in satur-ated hydrocarbon), PDS-antioxidants and UV-absorber-antioxidants respectively.The blends were extruded and pelletized at 230℃. The pellets were spun at about260℃,290℃ and 312℃ respectively. Through the observation of the strength retentionrate of yarn, it is found that the weather stabilizing efficiency decreases in theorder: PDS-antioxidants>PDS>UV-absorber-antioxidants, and the thermal stabili-zing efficiency at 110℃ decreases as: PDS-antioxidants>UV-absorber-antioxidants. |
