汽油和乙醇对聚甲醛纤维结构和性能的影响

摘    要:将聚甲醛(POM)纤维于室温下,在汽油和乙醇中浸泡一定时间,借助万能材料试验机、热失重分析仪、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、白度计,研究了汽油和乙醇浸泡对POM纤维的结构与性能的影响。结果表明:POM纤维分别经汽油和乙醇浸泡147d后,其表面光滑,未出现明显的腐蚀现象,色差较小;经汽油和乙醇浸泡的POM纤维的断裂强度和断裂伸长率均随浸泡时间的延长呈下降趋势,分别经汽油和乙醇浸泡147d后的POM纤维的断裂强度保持率分别为90.74%和91.67%,断裂伸长保持率分别为83%和84%;汽油浸泡不影响POM纤维的热稳定性,乙醇浸泡使POM纤维的热稳定性略有降低;汽油和乙醇浸泡均未对POM纤维的晶体结构造成影响。

Abstract:Polyoxymethylene(POM)fiber was soaked in gasoline and ethanol for different periods of time at room temperature.The effects of gasoline and ethanol on the structure and properties of POM fiber were studied by universal material testing machine,thermogravimetric analyzer,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer and whiteness meter.The results showed that after 147 d of soaking in gasoline and ethanol separately,POM fibers had smooth surface with no obvious corrosion phenomenon and relatively low chromatic aberration;the breaking strength and elongation at break of POM fibers separately soaked in gasoline and ethanol both decreased while prolonging the soaking time;the breaking strength retention rates of POM fibers separately soaked in gasoline and ethanol for 147 d were 90.74%and 91.67%,respectively,and the elongation at break retention rates were 83%and 84%,respectively;the thermal stability of POM fiber was not affected by soaking in gasoline,but was slightly impacted by soaking in ethanol;and soaking in gasoline and ethanol did not affect the crystal structure of POM fibers.
