远红外聚酯的研制

摘    要:分析了远红外聚酯的国内外研制现状 ,指出当今国内远红外聚酯生产过程中普遍存在陶瓷粉对聚酯的相容性差、分散性差、远红外聚酯的过滤性能和流变性能差等问题。通过对陶瓷粉进行表面处理和降低聚酯熔点等途径 ,可明显改善远红外聚酯的可纺性。

Abstract:The world research situation of far\|infrared PET was analyzed. It was pointed out that there are various problems during far\|infrared fiber production that ceramic particles perform poor compatibility and dispersity in PET and far\|infrared fibers exhibit low filterability and rheological behavior. The spinnability of far\|infrared fibers could be remarkably improved by surface finishing of ceramic particles or decreasing PET melting point.
