PBT/PP/PP-MAH三元共混体结晶性质的研究

摘    要:利用DSC研究PBT/PP/PP-MAH三元共混体的结晶性质,结果表明:PP和PBT相互影响分别结晶。在PP结晶过程中,PBT起异相成核剂作用,使PP结晶速率增大,PP的Tm下降,Tc升高;而在PBT的结晶过程中,PP的熔体起稀释剂的作用,促进PBT结晶成核过程,使PBT的Tm下降,Tc升高。PP-MAH的加入,阻碍了PP大分子链向晶核的移动,同时改善了共混体的相容性。甚至在较大的PBT加入比例(28%)下,仍能促进协同效应和共同结晶。

Abstract:The crystalline behaviour of PBT/PP/PP\|MAH ternary blends was studied by means of DSC. The result showed that PP and PBT affected mutually and crystallized separately. In the course of PP crystallization, PBT worked as heterogeneous nucleator and made PP crystallization rate increase, Tm decrease and Tc increase. At the same time, PP melt worked as diluent during the course of PBT crystallization and stimulated PBT nucleation. Tm of PBT decreased while Tc increasing. The addition of PP\|MAH hindered the movement of PP chain towards PP nuclei and improved the compatibility of the blends. PP\|MAH could promote synergistic effect and co\|crystallization even at a higher ratio of PBT(28%).
