HV582型牵伸机疏水系统的改造

摘    要:介绍了HV582型牵伸机疏水系统的结构及工作原理,分析了疏水系统存在的问题,并进行了技术改造。改变疏水方式,改进疏水管路,设置排空管线、旁通阀和止回阀,采用多功能疏水器,改造后的疏水系统可保证辊筒温度达到工艺要求,减少了蒸汽消耗,实现了辊筒温度的有效调节。

Abstract:The structure and working principle of drainage system of HV582 stretch machine were introduced.The problem in the drainage system was analyzed.The technological alternation,such as changing drainage method,adapting the drainage pipe- lines,equipping with erupting-pipelines,by pass valve and check valve,applying muhifunctional steam trap,was conducted to ensure the roller temperature meeting the process requirement,reduce the steam consumption and realize the efficient regulation of roller temperature.
