高强抗紫外PET工业丝的生产试验与表征

摘    要:将含纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)的母粒添加到常规高黏聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)切片中,采用熔融共混挤出的方法制备高强抗紫外PET工业丝。在研究TiO2对高黏PET流变性能和结晶性能影响的基础上,进行高强抗紫外PET工业丝工业化试验,试验中针对性地调整纺丝工艺,制得了不同TiO2含量的高强抗紫外PET工业丝,并对其结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明:添加TiO2的高黏PET体系具有良好的可纺性,无毛丝出现,整体生产稳定;当TiO2质量分数小于2.0%时,高强抗紫外PET工业丝的断裂强度大于8.0 cN/dtex;随着TiO2含量的增加,高强抗紫外PET工业丝表面粗糙,结晶度降低,力学性能下降;高强抗紫外PET工业丝织物对紫外线UVA区透射率均小于5%,紫外线防护系数大于50,具有优异的防紫外透过性能;经过200 h人工紫外灯加速老化实验后,高强抗紫外PET工业丝强度保持率没有提高。

Abstract:The masterbatch containing nano-titanium dioxide(TiO2)was added into conventional high-viscosity polyethylene terephthalate(PET)chips and was produced into high-strength ultraviolet-resistant PET industrial yarns by melt blending extrusion.Based on the study of the effect of TiO2on the rheological properties and crystallization properties of high-viscosity PET,the industrial production test of high-strength ultraviolet-resistant PET industrial yarn was carried out.And the high-strength ultraviolet-resistant PET industrial yarn with different TiO2content was prepared by adjusting the spinning process in the test.Their structure and properties were studied.The results showed that the high-viscosity PET system added with TiO2had good spinnability and guaranteed stable production with no broken filament;the breaking strength of high-strength ultraviolet-resistant PET industrial yarn was higher than 8.0 cN/dtex when the mass fraction of TiO2was less than 2.0%;the surface of high-strength ultraviolet-resistant PET industrial yarn became rough and the crystallinity and mechanical properties decreased with the increase of TiO2content;the high-strength ultraviolet-resistant PET industrial fabrics had excellent anti-ultraviolet transmission performance with UVA transmittance below 5%and ultraviolet protection coefficient above 50;and the strength retention rate of high-strength ultraviolet-resistant PET industrial yarn did not rise after 200 h artificial ultraviolet lamp accelerated aging test.
