固体推进剂用含能胶黏剂研究进展

摘    要:提高能量始终是固体推进剂研制发展过程中一直追求的主要目标,不断研究发展含能材料的新概念、新技术,研究合成新型含能材料并投入使用,是含能材料技术发展的重点。综述了缩水甘油叠氮聚合物GAP、氧丁环聚合物PNIMMO和硝酸酯缩水甘油醚聚合物PGLYN等三种具有发展前途的含能胶黏剂。讨论了包括聚乙烯醇硝酸酯、聚多硝基苯撑、硝胺聚醚和N—N环氧聚合物等的其它含能胶黏剂。认为在固体推进剂中使用含能胶黏剂是提高推进剂能量的有效方法。

Abstract:Increasing the energy of solid propellants is always the main purpose for researchers,the emphasis on the development of energetic materials are studies on its new concept,new technology,synthesis of new type of energetic material and application.Three energetic adhesives are summarized,such as GAP,PNIMMO and PGLYN which have good prospects.And other energetic adhesives are also discussed including polyvinyl alcohol nitrate,poly-nitro phenylene,nitroamine polyether and N-N epoxy polymer.It is considered that using energetic adhesives for the solid propellant is the effective method to increase the energy of propellants.
