N-丁基全氟辛基磺酰胺的合成工艺的研究

摘    要:含氟表面活性剂是特种表面活性剂中的重要品种,而N-丁基全氟辛基磺酰胺是含氟表面活性剂中应用范围比较广泛的品种。采用全氟辛基磺酰氟与正丁胺为原料合成N-丁基全氟辛基磺酰胺,研究了溶剂、催化剂、反应物配比、反应温度和时间等条件对反应的影响,利用红外光谱对反应产物的结构进行了表征分析。结果表明,N-丁基全氟辛基磺酰胺的较佳合成工艺为:异丙醚为溶剂,三乙胺为催化剂,全氟辛基磺酰氟:正丁胺配比为1:1.1,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为3h,产品收率为86.75%,表面张力为16mN/m。

Abstract:Fluorine-containing surfactant was an important kinds of special surfactants, and N- n-butyl perfluorooctane sulfonamide was widely used as fluorine-containing surfactant. In this paper, N- n-butyl perfluorooctane sulfonamide had been synthesized from perfluorooctane sulfonyl fluoride and n-butylamine. The effect of solvent, catalyst, molar ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature and time on the synthesis was discussed. And the structure of the polymer was characterized by FTIR. The results indicated that the optimal synthesis parameters were : using isopropyl ether as solvent, triethylamine as catalyst, the molar ratio of perfluorooctane sulfonyl fluoride to n-butylamine was 1:1:1, the reaction temperature was 60℃, the reaction time was 3h. The experimental results showed that the yield of the product was 86.75%, and the surface tension was 16mN/m if suitable conditions were controlled mentioned above.
