环氧/DMP30微波固化体系的力学性能研究

摘    要:通过实验和测试,初步研究了环氧/DMP30体系的微波固化条件,研究了微波辐照时间对微波固化体系弯曲性能和抗冲击性能的影响,并对比了微波固化体系和热固化体系的力学性能。研究结果表明随着辐照时间的延长,微波固化体系的力学性能随辐照时间的延长而提高,当微波辐照超过一定时间后,微波固化体系的力学性能趋于平缓,同热固化体系相比,微波固化体系的弯曲性能略为优越一些,抗冲击性能略低于热固化体系。

Abstract:The conditions of microwave curing were studied by experiment.The effects of microwave curing time on flexural property and impact property were studied.Mechanical properties of microwave curing system were also compared with these of thermal curing system.The results indicated that the mechanical properties of microwave curing system would enhance with the increase of curing time.The mechanical properties of microwave curing system began to change gently after a certain time.The flexural elastic modulus and strength of microwave curing sample were higher than these of thermal curing sample,but the impact property of thermal sample is higher slightly.
