| 摘 要： | 景德镇是移民城市,在千年陶瓷业生产历史中,来自＂四方八域＂的移民为景德镇陶瓷生产做出了重大贡献,成就了千年＂瓷都＂辉煌。在陶瓷生产中,来自各地的瓷业从业人员按照地缘、血缘、业缘、志缘结合起来,实现自身利益的最大化。

| Abstract: | Jingdezhen is a city of migrants.For over a thousand years,people from other places have made invaluable contributions to the ceramic production of Jingdezhen and left to this Porcelain City a brilliant heritage of a thousand years.In ceramic production,migrant workers from different places were organized by their geographical bonds,blood ties,work relations and common interests to ensure the maximal profits among them. |
