稀土蓝色长余辉发光材料的研究进展

摘    要:综述了稀土元素掺杂蓝色长余辉发光材料的研究进展,总结了硫化物、铝酸盐、硅酸盐等基质体系的蓝色长余辉发光材料,对有关制备蓝色长余辉发光材料的方法进行了描述,比较了各种制备方法的优缺点,最后对发光机理进行了阐述。

Abstract:The blue long-after phosphorescent materials doped with rare earth ions comprising of suitable matrices, such as sulfide, aluminate and silicate are briefly reviewed. Several preparation methods of blue long-after phosphorescent materials are described, the advantages and shortcomings of each methods discussed, and the luminescence mechanism analyzed at last.
