纵流式换热器的数值分析

摘    要:利用有限体积法,计算了孔板开孔度分别为0.2,0.3和0.5的孔板支撑纵流式换热器,在雷诺数为5 000,10 000,15 000和20 000时的传热和压降情况,讨论了流体的雷诺数、支撑板的开孔度及开孔方式对传热系数和压降的影响。结果表明,在低雷诺数工况下选用较大的开孔度,换热器的综合性能更高;综合考虑换热和压降,对于不同的开孔度宜选用不同的开孔方式;研究结果对换热器的设计有参考价值。

Abstract:The heat transfer process and pressure drop of the longitudinal flow of shell heat exchanger with different percentage of opening were studied using a simplified model while the Reynolds numbers were (5 000),(10 000),(15 000) and(20 000.) The effects of the Reynolds,the percentage of opening and opening mode of the pore on heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop were discussed.The results show that when the Renolds is low,using larger percentage of opening can obtain better synthetical performance.Compr...
