摘    要:在常规无捻玻璃纤维粗纱988A基础上,通过浸润剂优化,开发出新型无捻玻璃纤维粗纱960。在两种不同螺杆组合条件下,对比988A和960增强聚丙烯性能和挤出过程顺畅性。结果发现,采用常规螺杆组合时,复合材料中的960玻纤保留长度分布相比988A离散小,冲击强度更高。弱化螺杆剪切力后,988A漏纤和断条明显,复合材料冲击强度下降。960增强PP挤出时没有出现漏纤和断条,性能随着保留长度提高而提高。

Abstract:On the basis of conventional fiberglass roving 988A,a new type of fiberglass roving named 960 was de-veloped by optimizing its sizing agent. The performance and the extrution processing of fiberglass 988A reinforced PP were compared with those of 960 reinforced PP by using two different screw combination. The results showed that the residual length distribution of fiberglass 960 in the composite was more uniform than that of 988A when the conventional screw combination was used,and 960 reinforced PP had higher impact strength than 988A. When the shear force of the screw became weaker,some of 988A leakedfrom PP and broken bars appeared obviously,and the impact strength of the composite decreased. But there were no such problems for 960 reinforced PP,and the com-posite performance was improved with the increase of rasidual length of 960.
