摘    要:对技术发明理论和方法体系——TRIZ作了简要介绍,阐述了TRIZ的核心理论、TRIZ分析技术问题的2种方法和TRIZ解决技术问题的5种工具。针对连续法生产中普遍存在的结晶产品颗粒不均匀问题,运用TRIZ中的物理矛盾法和技术矛盾法进行了分析研究,提出了解决问题的方法。

Abstract:The theory and solution for inventive problems--TRIZ is briefly introduced including the core theory, two kinds of methods for analyzing the technical problems and five kinds of tools for solving the technical problems. The non-uniform of crystal product size with continuous process is analyzed and studied with the physical contradiction method and technical contradiction method of TRIZ, the solutions for problems are put forward.
