| 摘 要： | 阐述磷复肥工业现状及"十一五"期间取得的成就。分析磷复肥工业存在的问题和影响我国磷复肥产业发展的各种因素。提出"十二五"磷复肥工业发展的规划思路、发展目标,特别应在控制磷肥总量、防止盲目发展、提高中低品位磷矿利用率、增加磷资源保障程度、优化资源配置等方面做好工作。同时,为实现"十二五"目标提出政策建议。

| Abstract: | The status of China＇s phosphate and compound fertilizer industry and the achievement in the l lth Five-year Plan are described. The existing problems of phosphate and compound fertilizer industry and the influencing factors on its development are analyzed. The development planning and thinking of phosphate fertilizer industry in the 12th Five-year Plan are proposed, especially including： controlling the total output of phosphate fertilizer, preventing the blind expansion; improving the utilization rate of low and medium-grade phosphate rock, increasing the ensuring ability of phosphorus resources; optimizing resources allocation etc. At the same time, some suggestions for achieving the goal of the 12th Five-year Plan are proposed. |
