大型磷酸装置萃取/过滤系统的结垢分析及措施

摘    要:介绍江西贵溪化肥有限责任公司磷酸装置萃取 /过滤系统概况及运行中的结垢状况。对其结垢情况进行分析 ,发现制约萃取 /过滤系统运转率的主要因素是过滤机真空室及稀酸泵进口管线的结垢 ,提出在真空室和稀酸泵进口管线通入蒸汽以及将稀酸泵进口管线用蒸汽伴管保温等防垢措施 ,使装置运转率提高 3个百分点。

Abstract:The acidulation and filtration systems of phosphoric acid unit in Guixi Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd.and their scaling status are described.By analysis, the scaling in vacuum room of filter and on inlet pipe of pump for diluted phosphoric acid is thought of the main cause restricting the systems' running rate.The measures are given with steam leaded into vacuum room and inlet pipe of pump, and keeping the heat around inlet pipe of pump well, which results in an increase of 3 percentage points for running rate.
