| 摘 要： | 广西鹿寨化肥有限责任公司12万tP2O5/a磷酸装置系从美国引进Badger二水法等温反应器,1996年开工,2000年6月才建成投料生产,2003年后才达稳定生产。文中介绍磨矿、反应过滤、浓缩等系统存在的问题及解决方法。目前磷铵产量超过设计能力(2万t/月磷铵)。

| Abstract: | The 120 kt/a P_2O_5 phosphoric acid facility at Luzhai Fertilizer Co., Ltd., with the Badger dihydrate phosphogypsum process isothermal reactor imported from USA, was installed in 1996, operated in June, 2000 and finally achieved normal production in 2003. Some problems and their countermeasures are presented in milling, reaction and filtration, concentration etc. Its current ammonium phosphate capacity (20 kt/mo ) has surpassed its original design. |
