| 摘 要： | 探讨湿法磷酸副产氟硅酸,氟、硅综合高效利用的思路;介绍利用氟硅酸生产氢氟酸联产白炭黑的工艺技术以及云天化国际化工股份有限公司采用该工艺技术取得的成果;通过考察工艺参数确定了最佳工艺技术条件、所制得40%氢氟酸和白炭黑的质量指标及白炭黑的技术性能。伴随大型湿法磷酸装置的建设,该技术为综合高效利用氟硅酸创造了有利条件。

| Abstract: | The comprehensive utilization of by-product fluosilicic acid is investigated.The technology for production of hydrofluoric acid and white carbon black from fluosilicic acid is introduced and the optimal conditions are determined by investigating process parameters at Yuntianhua International Chemical Co.,Ltd.The quality index of obtained 40% hydrofluoric acid and white carbon black and the technical performance of white carbon black are also investigated.A advantaged condition for comprehensive utilization of fluosilicic acid is created with the construction of large-scale WPA plant. |
