关于无烟煤替代焦炭生产黄磷的探讨

摘    要:通过无烟煤和焦炭分别用于黄磷生产的经济效益数据,说明长期使用无烟煤时黄磷电炉产率明显低于使用焦炭;进一步分析黄磷生产用碳质还原剂的各种性能,指出无烟煤用于黄磷生产产率低的根源在于其化学活性等性能差,并有针对性地提出几点建议。

Abstract:Based on the comparison of economic effect data in production of yellow phosphorus with the fuels between anthracite and coke respectively,the results show that the production rate of yellow phosphorus electric stove with anthracite is obviously lower than with coke.After the further analysis on the characteristics of carbonbased reducer used in the production of yellow phosphorus,it is pointed out that the reason for the lower yellow phosphorus production rate is poor chemical activity of anthracite,and some suggestions are proposed.
