摘    要:以黄磷渣为基础原料,以多种表面活性剂混合复配为复合黏结剂,通过圆盘造粒制备了一种的磷渣基颗粒肥料。性能检测结果表明,产品具有较高的颗粒强度,平均强度为48.34 N,强度大于35 N的比例为93%;浸水实验结果表明,产品具有快速的水散性,在20 min内通过2 mm标准分样筛的比例为94%;成本分析结果表明,产品主要原料成本可控制在200元/t内。

Abstract:A granular fertilizer is prepared by disk granulating method with phosphorus slag as the basic material and several surfactants as composite binder. The compressive strength results show that the product has good compressive strength, with the average strength of 48.34 N and the ratio of particles strength above 35 N of 93%; The water dispersion results indicate that the product can be quickly dispersed and easily dissolved into the water, 94% of particles can be dissolved by water and penetrate the 2 mm standard sieve holes within 20 minutes; Cost analysis results show the cost of main metarials is lower than 200 RMB Yuan per ton.
